Greetings and salutations. In the DC area and I'm looking to buy my first Z. I have been searching for a while to find an original Z32 TT that doesn't cost $20k and doesn't resemble Frankenstein. I have come across one (1990) that seems to have good potential to build on (low mileage, clean title, mostly original at least what I was told). However, owner says clutch is completely blown and needs to be replaced. He says he can start and run it to prove vehicle is in good condition. Since the car can't be driven how would I know what to look for if there are potentially other issues such as transmission, blown turbo, bad injectors, fuel pump, etc? I don't know the owner so simply their word means nothing. Any advice?
